TakeOne Cannabis Infused Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

• 2-3 oz TakeOne 500mg Infused Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

• 2 cups of whole fat milk (any type you prefer - dairy, almond, soy, etc.)

• 1 gram of cannabis flower (adjust the dosage based on your preference and tolerance)

• Whipped Cream

• Marhsmallows

• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

• 1-2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to your sweetness preference)

• A tiny pinch of salt (enhances all the flavors)

Recipe

1. Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C).

   2. Break apart the cannabis flower into smaller pieces, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.

   3. Spread the cannabis on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and place it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. This process, called decarboxylation, activates the THC in the cannabis.

   4. Remove the cannabis from the oven and let it cool.

   5. Grind the decarboxylated cannabis into a fine powder using a grinder or mortar and pestle.

   6. In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until it reaches a temperature of 160°F (71°C). Use a cooking thermometer to monitor the temperature.

   7. Once the milk reaches 160°F (71°C), add the ground cannabis to the saucepan and stir well.

   8. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

   9. After 45 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

   10. Strain the infused milk through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer into a container, ensuring that no cannabis particles remain.

   2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

   3. Slowly add the cocoa mixture to the warmed milk, whisking constantly to prevent any lumps from forming.

   4. Continue to heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired temperature.

   6. Pour the hot cocoa into mugs and top with infused cookie dough, whipped cream and marshmallows.
