TakeOne Choco-Taco Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients

• 1 bag Takeone Infused Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

• 1 Pint of Ice Cream

• ¼ cup of Chocolate Chips

• Pinch of Sea Salt

Supplies

• Melting Bowl 

• Measuring Spoons

• Baking Tray

• Ice cream scoop

• Measuring cup

Recipe

1. Prepare cookie dough as instructed.

2. While Cookies are cooling, fold cookies into a taco shell shape and place in the freezer to cool.

3. Once cookies have cooled, fill the center of the taco shape with ice cream and place in freezer for 1 hour.

4. In a bowl melt chocolate chips in a microwave for 30-45 seconds until smooth.

5. Top ice cream bars with melted chocolate and place in freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving.
