Cannabis Infused Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Makes 3 Loaves 7.5’’x3.5’’

Ingredients

• 1 Bag of TakeOne Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Infused)

• 3 Ripe bananas sliced and smashed

• 1 tbsp of vanilla bourbon paste

• ½ packet of banana pudding 

• 2 Eggs

• 2 cups of Bread Flour

Supplies

• Stand Mixed

• Potato Masher

• Measuring spoons

• Measuring cup

• Knife

• 3 7.5’’x3.5’’ baking pan 

Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Lightly grease baking pans and set aside

3. Slice bananas into ½ inch medallions before adding to a bowl to smash until smooth.

4. Add in 1 tbsp of vanilla bourbon paste and banana pudding mix.

5. In the stand mixer crumble cookie dough, add in banana mixture, eggs and blend till smooth. 

6. Add two cups of bread flour and blend until smooth. 

7. Poor mixture amongst all three pans

8. Sprinkle chocolate chips and extra banana medallions.(Optional)

9. Bake for 60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
