Ingredients
1 bag Infused Chunky Sugar Cookie Dough or Chocolate chip
¼ cup of pumpkin puree
½ cup of White Chocolate Chips
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp bourbon vanilla bean paste

Stand Mixer

Melting bowl

Recipe
In the microwave heat white chocolate at 30 second increments until melted.
Combine melted chocolate with cream cheese until smooth and fold in vanilla bean paste.
On wax paper lay out your cream cheese combo ¼ inch thick and dollop pumpkin across the top
Using a cooking stencil swirl pumpkin into cream cheese combo to create a marble effect.
Place marble into the freezer for 2 hours to stiffen.
After marble has been cut into squares and placed back in the freezer.
In your stand mixer crumble your cookie dough so that it can evenly combine with your cheesecake marble.
On medium-low mix in your cheesecake marble with your cookie dough until homogenized.
Save some cheesecake marble squares to top on your dough.
Portion out your dough and top with squares.
Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours before baking.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving
