TakeOne Cannabis Infused strawberry cake balls

Makes 2 cheesecake cups

Ingredients

• 1 bag TakeOne 500mg Infused Chocolate chip Cookie Dough

• 1/2 cup butter (melted)

• 2 eggs

• 1 Box red velvet Cake Mix

• 1 2-Pack philadelphia cheesecake crumbles

Supplies

• Table spoon

• DRY measuring cup

• Wet measuring cup

• stand mixer

• small bowl for mixing

Recipe

1. in your stand mixer combine cake mix, eggs and butter, crumble in cookie dough and blend on medium low for 2 minutes.

2. Once the base is homogenized, Roll dough out in 2 tbsp balls and let chill in freezer for 20 minutes

3. once dough is chilled, bake cookies at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

4. once cookies are cooled take crumble pack of the phildelphia snack cup and crumble cookies into a bowl and combine.

5. Top cheesecake cup with crumble and garnish with whole cookie.
