TakeOne Edibles Cannabis Infused Sweet Potato Pie w/ Chocolate Chip Cookie Crust

Ingredients

• 1 bag TakeOne 500mg Infused Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

• 3 egg yolks

• ½ tsp allspice

• ½ tsp nutmeg

• ½ tbsp cinnamon

• ½ cup sugar

• 1 cup evaporated milk

• 2 cups sweet potato puree

Supplies

• Stand Mixer

• Pie Pan

• Food scale

• measuring cup

• measuring spoons

Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 

2. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar and spices until homogenous. Add in evaporated milk and sweet potato puree and beat until the consistency is smooth. 

3. In your baking tray shape the cookie dough along the sides of the pan like you would a pie crust. 

4. Bake cookie crust for 3-4min then fill with sweet potato filling and bake for 35-45 minutes.

5. Pie should be firm on the edges and have a slight wobble in the center. Let chill for 2-3 hours before serving our chill overnight.
